東京 — 2026年8月1日 ― スキッピングストーン合同会社におきまして、下記のとおり代表者の交代および体制変更を行う運びとなりましたので、ご案内申し上げます。

1. 代表取締役社長の退任について

奥山博司は、2026年7月31日をもちましてスキッピングストーン合同会社の代表を退任いたしました。
奥山は長年にわたり当社事業を牽引し、多大なる貢献と専門的知見の提供を行ってまいりました。なお、奥山がこれまで主導してまいりました一部のクライアント案件につきましては、今後も独立コンサルタントとして、引き続きサポートを継続いたします。

2. 新代表取締役社長の就任について

奥山の後任として、浅野泰一が日本法人の新たな代表取締役社長に就任いたしました。
浅野は日本の電力市場における幅広い分野で 20 年以上の経験を有しており、日英両言語に堪能なプロフェッショナルとして、今後の事業の成長を力強く推し進めてまいります。

3. Tally Group への参画と独立した事業運営について（再掲）

本年3月の発表と重複いたしますが、改めてご案内申し上げます。
スキッピングストーンは本年3月にTally Group（本社: オーストラリア）に参画し、完全子会社となりました。
一方で、Tallyのエネルギーソフトウェア事業部門とは独立して運営されております。
私、ピーター・ウェイガンドは引き続き、スキッピングストーンのCEOを務めてまいります。
独立した事業運営体制において、スキッピングストーンがクライアント向けの提案書、成果物、戦略等をTallyと共有することは一切ございません。

奥山より退任のご挨拶

拝啓
皆様には ますますご清栄のこととお慶び申し上げます。
さて、私こと奥山博司はこのたび、2026年7月31日をもちまして、スキッピングストーン合同会社の代表取締役社長を退任することとなりました。
在任中は、日本における事業の立ち上げと成長に携わり、電力市場の多くの優れた専門家の皆様と共に仕事ができましたことは、私にとって大変光栄な経験でした。これまで継続的なご支援とご信頼を賜りましたすべてのクライアントおよびパートナーの皆様に、心より御礼申し上げます。
また、CEO のピーター・ウェイガンド、ならびに日本チーム一同からの力強いご支援と素晴らしいパートナーシップに深く感謝しております。
今後は独立した立場で活動してまいりますが、一部のクライアント案件につきましては引き続き支援を行い、市場で培った経験をもとに価値を提供してまいる所存です。今後も皆様とのつながりを大切にし、またの機会に新たな立場から皆様のビジネスにお力添えできますことを心より願っております。

Company announcement email

Hello,
I am writing to inform you of changes in the Tokyo offices at Skipping Stone, GK effective immediately.

1. Hiroshi Okuyama. Okuyama-san is leaving Skipping Stone as its President July 31st. I want to thank Hiroshi for his years of service, guidance, and expertise while here at the company. I wish him success in his next venture. *Hiroshi is not entirely leaving the team; he has agreed to continue working as an independent consultant on certain client engagements that he has been leading all year.
2. Taiichi Asano. Asano-san is joining Skipping Stone as the new President in Japan. He brings over 20 years of experience in many aspects of the Japan power market. He is also fully bilingual and will drive ongoing growth with both international and Japanese clients.
3. Tally Group. While this isn’t new, for those who may have missed the announcement this past March, Skipping Stone was acquired by Tally Group this past March. Skipping Stone is now a wholly owned subsidiary and operates independently of the Tally energy software business unit. I am still CEO of Skipping Stone globally. *As an independent operation, Skipping Stone does not share with Tally client proposals, deliverables, or strategies.

From Hiroshi Okuyama;

I would like to share that I’m leaving from my role as President of Skipping Stone Japan as of July 31, 2026 and will be pursuing an independent path going forward.

I would like to sincerely thank all of our clients and partners for their continued support and trust. It has been a privilege to be part of building and growing the business in Japan and to work alongside so many outstanding professionals across the power market.

I am especially grateful to CEO Peter Weigand and my colleagues in Japan for their strong support, collaboration, and partnership throughout my time with the company. I wish them continued success and growth in the years ahead.

While I will be operating independently, I will continue to support selected client engagements and remain committed to delivering value based on my experience in the market. I look forward to staying connected and working together where opportunities arise.
